Wes and I really enjoyed your class. You made it fun along with all of the perfect instructions we needed to prepare our delicious Greek dinner. My husband and I savored the extra portions you sent home with us later that night. Each cooking class is a hands-on learning experience with mostly heart-healthy recipes. Recipe booklets are included, and wine is served to those 21 and older. Food that is prepared in class is served to the students, and take-home containers are also offered to each student at the end of class. Each class is $85 (taxes and supply fee included).

Had a fantastic evening learning to cook/make Greek favorites including Chicken Souvlaki, Tzatziki sauce, Greek rice pilaf, Spanakopita, Greek salad, and Baklava. Elaine is a wonderful teacher—the class is very relaxed and we all made new friends. We enjoyed a few glasses of good wine while we made our meal, laughed, and shared. This class would be fun by yourself, with a partner, or with a group of friends. You’ll make friends there! Recommend you don’t eat after breakfast... there’s so much to eat, and you’ll take a large plate full of leftovers home with you! Elaine is wonderful—can’t wait to take another class with her.
