Learn how to make delicious and healthy Greek foods using traditional recipes 
common in the Mediterranean Diet.
Classes take place at The Casements,

Greek Salad, Tzaziki, and Hummus
Saganaki (Flaming Greek Cheese)

Wes and I really enjoyed your class. You made it fun along with all of the perfect instructions we needed to prepare our delicious Greek dinner. My husband and I savored the extra portions you sent home with us later that night. Each cooking class is a hands-on learning experience with mostly heart-healthy recipes. Recipe booklets are included, and wine is served to those 21 and older. Food that is prepared in class is served to the students, and take-home containers are also offered to each student at the end of class. Each class is $80 (taxes and supply fee included).
